Chiara joined in the firm in 2023. Previously, she worked in the litigation and arbitration department of a leading Peruvian law firm. She is a lawyer with extensive experience in litigation and legal advisory matters. With a focus on dispute resolution and the protection of clients’ rights, she applies her negotiation and analytical skills to provide efficient and effective legal solutions.

Experience
Chiara is a member of the Litigation and Arbitration practice area, where she participates in advising domestic and international clients in all types of civil, administrative, constitutional, and commercial proceedings before Peruvian judicial authorities, as well as in domestic arbitrations. She has been involved in matters related to contract law, civil liability, annulment of administrative acts, administrative liability, among others.
Academic and Publishing Collaborations
She has served as a teaching assistant in the Conflict Theory and Dispute Resolution Mechanisms course at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2023 and 2024), in the Procedural Pleadings course at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2024), and in Theory of Evidence (2026).
