Her practice focuses on legal advice in environmental law for various private and public companies across different productive sectors, as well as in administrative sanctioning law and natural resource regulation, primarily in energy, mining, and industry.

Experience

Daniela joined the Firm in 2023, having previously worked at other leading Peruvian law firms, where she advised domestic and international clients on environmental matters related to the mining, energy, industrial, and other sectors.

She also has extensive experience in the application of general and sector-specific administrative law in proceedings related to the obtaining of environmental and regulatory permits and authorizations, as well as in administrative sanctioning proceedings before Public Administration authorities.

Drawing on her specialized expertise, she continuously advises leading companies in the hydrocarbons, energy, mining, and industrial sectors across Peru and the region.

She has been a teaching assistant for the “Environment, Natural Resources, and Law” course at the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP).
