Goran Boisset joined the Firm in 2026 as an Associate. His practice focuses on litigation and arbitration, with particular emphasis on the resolution of civil, commercial, administrative, and constitutional disputes. He advises clients on the design of procedural strategies, representation in judicial and arbitral proceedings, and the preparation of legal reports and opinions on complex matters.
Goran holds a Law degree from the University of Lima, with a specialization in Dispute Resolution. He also completed a student exchange program at Luigi Bocconi Commercial University in Milan.

Experience

Goran has experience advising domestic and international companies on the prevention and resolution of disputes. His practice focuses on litigation and arbitration, including disputes related to commercial contracts, infrastructure, construction, energy, administrative law, and civil liability.
Prior to joining the Firm, he worked as an associate at leading Peruvian and international law firms, where he participated in the representation of companies from various industries in complex disputes.
