His practice focuses on high-complexity litigation and arbitration. Likewise, he has represented clients in local and international arbitrations under ICC, ICSID, CCL, AMCHAM, and PUCP rules, in disputes related to contract law, energy, mining, hydrocarbons, infrastructure, and construction, as well as regulatory matters. Similarly, he advises clients on judicial litigation in commercial, civil, and contentious-administrative law matters.

Experience

Likewise, he advises clients on judicial litigation in commercial, civil, and administrative law matters. Prior to the integration, José Antonio worked as an intern at a leading firm in Germany in the international arbitration area.

Academic and Publishing Collaborations

He currently serves as a professor of civil law at the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He is also an extraordinary member of the Thēmis Civil Association.
