Her practice focuses on the structuring and negotiation of transactions in the financial and securities markets, as well as on regulatory advice in the securities market and the financial system, and on insolvency law and corporate restructuring.

Experience
Her practice covers advising companies, arrangers, and financial institutions on financing transactions and securities offerings, both locally and internationally, and compliance with their regulatory obligations, as well as on administrative proceedings before the Superintendency of the Securities Market (SMV) and the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and Pension Funds (SBS). She also has experience advising on insolvency and corporate restructuring matters.
Academic and Publishing Collaborations
She served as President of the Board of Directors of DERUP Editores, the civil association that manages the law review of Universidad del Pacífico. At the same university, she is currently a teaching assistant for the Banking Regulation and Capital Markets course and, during 2024, served as a teaching assistant for the Banking Contracts and Digital Regulation course.
