Her professional practice focuses on advising on real estate, registry, and civil matters. She prepares title studies (due diligence) for industrial, commercial, agricultural, and/or multifamily properties. She has participated in the structuring, analysis, drafting, and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, easements, leases, and construction contracts.

Additionally, she is part of the Estate Planning and Private Wealth Advisory team, through which she advises families and business groups on the protection and management of their estates and inheritances.

Experience

Milena has participated in large-scale transactions involving acquisitions of real estate assets, structuring of Sale & Leaseback operations, and advisory services on financing secured by real property. Among her most notable experiences are the legal advisory to Parque Arauco on the acquisition of Centro Comercial Minka, as well as the advisory to Complejo Agroindustrial Beta S.A. on the acquisition of eight plots located in the Olmos project (Chiclayo, Peru), with a total area exceeding 1,000 hectares.

Additionally, she has developed extensive experience in the preparation of real estate due diligence reports, covering urban, semi-rural, and rural areas. Of particular note is her participation in advising a bank through a Due Diligence Report in connection with the granting of a US$ 70 million loan secured by agricultural land.
