His practice focuses on the comprehensive advisory of real estate projects, title studies, preparation of technical-legal diagnostics for the acquisition of surface rights, and land sanitation. Likewise, he has extensive experience in real estate, urban, registration, and administrative law, having advised companies in the mining, energy, agro-industrial, and retail sectors.

Experience

Renzo has advised both government entities and private companies on technical-legal assessments of land and property rights, coordinated land acquisition and social management programs within infrastructure projects. Additionally, he has been involved in community engagement processes with agricultural communities and advised on stakeholder dialogue mechanisms in areas of project influence.
