Águeda joined Pérez-Llorca as an associate in 2026, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. She gained experience as part of the firm’s seat programme in the Corporate/Capital Markets, Real Estate and Corporate/Private Equity practice areas.

Prior to this, Águeda completed work experience in another prestigious international firm.

Experience

Águeda currently works in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A practice, in the Madrid office.

Since joining the firm, she has advised domestic and international clients from different industries on corporate law, corporate governance and private equity matters, as well as on the sale and purchase of companies and assets.
