Profile
Andrea joined Pérez-Llorca in 2022, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession 2021. Prior to this, she worked in the Banking and Finance department of a well-known national law firm in London.

Experience
Andrea works in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A practice area, where she advises both national and international clients on all types of corporate and commercial matters, particularly on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings as well as venture capital transactions (incorporating management companies and investment funds).
Prior to this, Andrea has also worked in Pérez-Llorca’s Banking and Finance and Litigation departments, where she has been involved in acquisition finance transactions, project finance and civil litigation, especially in banking litigation.
In addition, Andrea has been involved in civil court proceedings, especially in banking litigation.
