Ángel joined Pérez-Llorca in 2026 after spending several years in the litigation and arbitration department of a prestigious international law firm and in the restructuring and insolvency department of a renowned Spanish law firm.

Experience

Ángel specialises in commercial litigation, restructuring and insolvency. He has acted in litigation and pre-litigation matters relating to the construction and energy sectors, as well as in corporate, contractual and non-contractual matters. He has also been involved in numerous insolvency and pre-insolvency proceedings, advising debtors and creditors on refinancing arrangements, approvals of and challenges to restructuring plans, and all stages of the insolvency process.
