Bárbara joined Pérez-Llorca in 2026. Prior to this, she worked for nearly two years in a prestigious Spanish firm, in the Madrid office’s Corporate/M&A department.

She speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

Bárbara works in the Insurance and Reinsurance practice, where she advises insurance companies, reinsurers and insurance brokers on M&A transactions, as well as on the negotiation and underwriting of W&I insurance policies. Her practice covers both the domestic and international spheres.

Prior to this, she worked at a national law firm, where she gained experience in corporate and contract law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring for national and international clients.
