Beatriz Miranda Revuelto joined Pérez-Llorca in July 2026, having worked at an international law firm in the area of employment law. She is part of the Employment, Compensation and Benefits practice area, where she has developed a fully cross-functional profile. She advises domestic and international companies across all areas of employment and Social Security law, including ongoing advisory services, preparing and coordinating litigation proceedings, the management of hirings and terminations, due diligence reports and SPAs in M&A transactions, as well as collective bargaining processes and other strategic employment matters.

Experience

Beatriz is a specialist in employment and Social Security law. She provides comprehensive advisory services to domestic and international companies on all employment matters, including management of hirings and terminations (dismissal letters, disciplinary charges and sanction letters), drafting of employment contracts, restrictive covenants, remote working agreements, and senior management contracts.

She regularly handles litigation proceedings: drafting claims, appeals, cassation proceedings to unify case law, and documentary evidence, as well as administrative proceedings before the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate.

She has participated in M&A transactions, preparing due diligence reports and reviewing SPAs, and as well as collective measures including collective redundancies, significant modifications to working conditions and equality plans.
