Profile

Carlos joined Pérez-Llorca in 2022, gaining work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession.

Before joining the firm, Carlos did an internship in the legal department of a prestigious hospital in Barcelona.

Studies:

• 2023 — Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession and Business Law, ESADE Law School, Universitat Ramón Llull.
• 2021 — Degree in Law, ESADE Law School, Universitat Ramon Llull.

He speaks Spanish, Catalan and English.

Experience

Carlos works in Pérez-Llorca’s Employment, Compensation and Benefits practice area, advising domestic and international clients on matters such as dismissals, sanctions, substantial modifications to working conditions, company succession, senior management and labour audits.

He also represents clients before the Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration Service, as well as in legal proceedings concerning employment-related matters.
