Profile 

Carlos joined Pérez-Llorca in 2018, having completed his undergraduate law degree and postgraduate Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession placements at the firm.

Between 2025 and 2026, Carlos worked as an international associate in the New York office of a multinational firm, where he took part in M&A transactions in the US, Latin America and Europe.

Experience 

Carlos works in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A practice. His main practice areas include mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions, including takeover bids for listed companies.

Furthermore, Carlos has provided ongoing advice to domestic and international clients, including private equity funds, investment banks, listed companies and financial institutions across various sectors, on all types of commercial transactions, with a particular focus on M&A, private equity, corporate restructuring, venture capital and corporate governance.

Academic and publishing collaborations 

Carlos has contributed to various master’s degree programmes, teaching courses on securities markets alongside other members of the firm, and has co-authored joint publications.
