Gabriel Borgogno joined Pérez-Llorca in 2021. Prior to this, he worked in the Capital Markets department of the Madrid office of a well-known international firm.

Gabriel is part of Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate practice area, advising both domestic and international clients on a variety of corporate and commercial matters. He has experience advising on capital increases in listed companies and listings on the stock market.
