Guillermo joined Pérez-Llorca in April 2026. Prior to this, he worked in the Litigation and Arbitration department of a leading international law firm.

Experience

Guillermo specialises in advising on civil and commercial litigation, having provided comprehensive advice to both domestic and international clients at both the pre-litigation and litigation stages.

In terms of civil law, he has been involved in all types of proceedings related to breaches of contract, with a particular focus on ones with a highly technical and specialised nature, such as disputes arising from EPC contracts for photovoltaic plants and construction defects. In the commercial sphere, he has acted in matters including disputes arising from contracts for the sale of company shares and in transactions involving financial derivatives.

Guillermo has extensive experience in drafting procedural documents at all levels of the court system, including preparing and filing appeals on points of law and applications for constitutional protection before the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court, respectively.

He has also been involved in arbitration proceedings.

Academic and publishing collaborations

Guillermo has delivered practical sessions on insolvency law as part of the Master’s programme at the Universidad de Navarra’s Madrid campus.
