Ignacio joined Pérez-Llorca in 2026. Prior to this, Ignacio worked as a lawyer in a well-known national law firm and as a legal advisor in the Investment Banking Markets team of a large national financial institution.

Studies:

• 2021 Joint Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession and Business Law, Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE)
• 2020 Joint Honours degree in Law and Business Administration, Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE E-3)

He speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

Ignacio specialises in banking and finance law. He has participated in a wide variety of domestic and international financing transactions, including acquisition financings, project financings, corporate financings and refinancings, and has experience advising financial institutions on listed and OTC derivatives and securities financing, among others.

He has advised a wide range of clients, including fund managers, finance entities, foreign investors and large national and international groups.
