Profile

Inés Martínez Lliso joined Pérez-Llorca in April 2026, although she had previously worked with the firm as a lawyer. Before returning to the firm, Inés spent a year and a half working at another Spanish law firm and subsequently spent four years at a boutique firm specialising in employment law.

  • 2018 Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession, Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (ICADE)
  • 2017 Joint Honours degree in Law and Political Science and Public Administration, Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (ICADE)

She speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

Inés is a senior lawyer specialising in employment and social security law. In terms of litigation, she regularly appears before the labour courts, as well as before administrative bodies and/or the Labour and Social Security Inspection Authorities, representing and assisting clients in both individual and collective proceedings. Her litigation practice covers, amongst other areas, dismissals, claims for payment and other entitlements, collective disputes, social security proceedings and claims arising from workplace accidents.

In terms of legal counsel, she provides ongoing advice to domestic and international clients on matters such as dismissals, senior management, substantial changes to working conditions, occupational health and safety, compliance, business succession, subcontracting, corporate restructuring, work-life balance and remuneration schemes.

She also plays an active role in collective bargaining processes—including collective agreements, collective redundancies and equality plans—and carries out labour and social security due diligence, which includes regulatory compliance analyses, identifying risks and contingencies, and proposals for compliance.
