Profile

Inés joined Pérez-Llorca in 2024, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Specifically, she worked in the Competition and European Union Law, Real Estate and M&A, and Administrative and Regulatory practice areas. Prior to this, Inés completed work experience in another prestigious Spanish firm and in the European Parliament.

Experience

Inés specialises in competition and European Union law. Her practice includes advising on merger control and on conduct and agreements that may restrict competition, as well as providing assistance in penalty proceedings and litigation relating to acts of unfair competition and claims for damages arising from breaches of competition law.
