Isabel Solís joined Pérez-Llorca in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at a well-known international law firm and, before that, he was part of the Corporate Income Tax department of a Big Four firm.

Experience
Isabel advises both domestic and international clients on all aspects of tax in Spain. In particular, Isabel is specialised in matters related to direct and indirect imposition of M&A transactions, especially those related to real estate transactions, NPL portfolio acquisitions and direct acquisitions of real estate assets.
