Marta joined Pérez-Llorca in 2024, having previously completed work experience in the firm’s Litigation and Arbitration, Corporate/M&A, Banking and Finance and Real Estate practice areas as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to this, Marta completed work experience in two prestigious international firms.

Marta currently works in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A practice area, where she advises both domestic and international clients in various sectors, with a specific focus on the sale and purchase of companies, as well as matters related to securities, corporate law, corporate governance, and venture capital.
