Experience

Mónica has extensive experience advising domestic and international clients on matters relating to the energy and natural resources sector.

Her practice covers transactions involving the sale and purchase, mergers or spin-offs of assets and companies, financing in the energy sector, as well as the analysis of regulatory matters applicable to both the energy sector and to different sectors subject to special regulation or administrative supervision. Mónica also provides advice on administrative proceedings and before the administrative courts.
