Tomás Greiffenstein joined Pérez-Llorca in 2024 having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession.

Previously, Tomás completed seats in the firm’s Corporate/M&A – Real Estate, Banking & Finance and Competition and EU Law practices. Prior to joining the firm, Tomás worked at a prestigious law firm in Colombia and was part of the legal advisory team of a Colombian company.

Experience

He is currently part of the Corporate M&A and Real Estate team at Pérez-Llorca, providing legal advice to domestic and international investors on a wide range of transactions including acquisitions and transfers of real estate assets, project finance and sale and leaseback transactions.

Previously, Tomás was part of the firm’s Competition and Banking and Finance teams, where he advised on various financing transactions, debt refinancing, merger control, foreign direct investment (FDI) control and damages claims for antitrust infringements.
