Administrative Secretary – Maternity Cover

We are looking to hire an administrative secretary to cover maternity leave in our Madrid office.



High level of English.

Excellent command of Microsoft Office.

Experience in a similar position.

Available for an immediate start.

Interest in technology and computer software.




  • Administrative support to the department.
  • Calendar management.
  • Telephone support.
  • Invoice management: managing purchase orders, following up on invoices, liaising with the accounting department.
  • Supporting the IT department with software management.
  • Drafting presentations and manuals.
