General HR Officer for the Barcelona office

We are looking for a generalist HR Officer for our Barcelona office, reporting to the Human Resources Director in Madrid, and to the partner who manages the Corporate area.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or similar. Specialisation in HR is desirable.
  • Three to six years of experience of general HR tasks (recruitment, development, training, employee experience, etc.).
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word).
  • A high level of English.

 

The ideal candidate will be looking to join a law firm with international scope, and be motivated to grow professionally with our firm and progress in their career.

 

Role:

  • Institutional Relations: support and coordination of relationships with universities, associations, pro bono entities, institutions, etc.
  • Support and coordination of the selection processes and employment forums for the Barcelona office.
  • Support in the coordination of training courses at the Barcelona office.
  • Management of the seating plan for the Barcelona office.
  • Internal communication in coordination with the Human Resources team.
  • Coordination of the Barcelona office’s annual performance evaluations.
