Requirements

• Degree in Law, Advertising and PR or Business Administration (Marketing).
•  Experience: Two to four years of experience organising events;
•  Excellent command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); and
• A very high or native level of English. The work will mainly be carried out in English.

Role

• Organising international events: selecting venues, preparing and following up on invitations, contacting suppliers.
• Supporting the preparation of presentations and corporate documentation.
• Managing meetings and agendas for international travel.
•  Supporting the organisation of international events.
