Training and Development Officer

We are looking for a Training and Development Officer to join our Human Resources team.

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

 

  • Leading the Universidad Corporativa project and the design and implementation of the e-learning platform.
  • Detecting and assessing training needs
  • Designing the internal and external training plan, carrying out annual monitoring: creating training actions, managing suppliers and subsidies, etc.
  • Reporting: preparing reports and management indicators, proposing improvement actions.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or similar. Specialisation in HR is desirable.
  • 3 to 6 years of HR experience in the area of training.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word).
  • A high level of English.
