Treasury Controller

We are looking to hire a Treasury Controller for our Madrid office.


  • Managing the Firm’s financial debt, both in the short and long term of the banking pool, always seeking efficiency and optimisation of resources.
  • Negotiation with banks, renewals, hires and cancellations of different financial products in direct coordination with the Firm’s internal legal advice.
  • Day to day contact with banks in collaboration with different team members from the treasury.
  • Drafting the Firm’s various treasury and debt reports.
  • Management, together with the other members of the treasury department, of the Firm’s payments by applying general policies in coordination with the accounting department.
  • Coordination of everything related to the treasury in the group’s financial parent-subsidiary relationship.
  • Coordination with BAU (Business Acceptance Unit) on compliance with money laundering prevention payments.
  • Coordination, along with billing, of payments related to our clients and cases.
  • Support in the implementation of department management tools, including treasury applications to be used in the most efficient way.
  • Collaboration with the finance department in drafting cash flows, annual budget and strategic plans.
  • Supporting the finance department in the implementation of any financial strategy developed by the Firm.


  • Studies: Degree in Business Management; a Master’s degree in treasury management will be positively valued.
  • Knowledge related to compliance (Money Laundering Prevention, specifically) will be positively valued.
  • English: high level essential (spoken and written)
  • Experience: at least 5 years’ experience in banking and/or in the treasury department of a multinational group essential.
