- Public Contracts. We specialise in tender proceedings and the performance of public contracts, as well as the resolution of contractual disputes. We also advise on due diligence processes related to the review of public contracts.
- Legal Advice and Defence Counsel. On all matters and particularly in relation to regulated sectors, such as the energy, financial and telecommunications sectors. Our team also has extensive experience in administrative, pre-judicial and/or judicial proceedings before all authorities. We also give advice in relation to public properties: water, airports, coasts, ports, public assets, etc.
- Administrative Proceedings. The Administrative and Regulatory Law team has expertise in drafting particularly complex reports or legal opinions, such as negotiations in cases of economic-financial recovery, and in submitting mandatory information, forms or any other formal obligations that may be required before public administrations. Our advice also covers the liability of public authorities, administrative infringements and sanctions.
