Ana joined Pérez-Llorca in February 2019, after working for three years in the Corporate department of a Big Four firm. Previously, she worked in the Corporate department of Latham & Watkins LLP.

Experience
Ana regularly advises domestic and international financial sponsors, different types of funds, and strategic industrial investors on mergers and acquisitions, investments and divestments, strategic alliances, corporate reorganizations and carve-outs, with particular focus on complex cross border transactions across different sectors including energy, infrastructure (including ports, rails and roads), banking, asset management, technology, life-sciences, real estate, consumer goods and automotion and autoparts.
Throught her carreer, Ana has advised various types of national and international clients in their outbound and inbound transactions, having relevant experience both in Latam, North America, the United Kingdom and across Europe. Furthermore, Ana has been involved in one of the two U.S./ Spain de-SPAC transactions announced in Spain.
In addition to the foregoing, Ana regularly renders legal advice in general corporate matters, corporate governance, capital markets regulation, and commercial matters of all kinds, including in the negotiation and evaluation of the bankability of power purchase agreements on behalf of financing entities.
Academic and Publishing Collaborations
Ana has published several articles for specialized legal magazines, including the Wolter Kluwers yearbooks of key corporate transactions which are published on a yearly basis, and which analyze some of the cutting-edge transactions taking place each preceeding year.
