Francisco Paniagua joined Pérez-Llorca in 2019 after working for six years in the Civil Litigation, Insolvency and Arbitration practice of a prestigious Spanish firm.

Experience
Francisco is an expert in civil and commercial litigation. He advises Spanish and international clients on pre-litigious and litigious matters, with a particular focus on areas including finance, banking, real estate, mortgages, construction, energy, civil liability and challenging corporate resolutions.
He has extensive experience defending clients in proceedings before civil and commercial courts of all instances. Francisco also acts as a lawyer in domestic and international arbitrations and has acted as Secretary of the Arbitral Tribunal. Throughout his career he has been involved in arbitrations administrated by the ICC, CEA, CAM and CIMA as well as in ad hoc arbitrations.
Academic and Publishing Collaborations
Francisco regularly contributes to articles for specialist publications and is an Arbitrator for the International Arbitration and Corporate Law Competition (Moot Madrid) organised by Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law.
