Gal·la joined Pérez-Llorca in 2026. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at a law firm specialising in employment law and at a leading multidisciplinary law firm specialising in providing legal advice to national and international companies.

Studies: 

• 2024 — Joint Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession with a specialisation in Employment Law and Human Resources, ESADE – Universidad Ramon Llull
• 2023 — Joint honours degree in Law and Business Administration, Universitat Pompeu Fabra

She speaks Spanish, Catalan and English.

Experience 

Gal·la specialises in employment law. She has experience providing ongoing legal advice to domestic and international clients on matters such as dismissals, formalisation of contracts, business restructurings, collective bargaining and labour inspections.

She has also represented clients before the Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration Service, as well as in legal proceedings concerning employment-related matters.
