Gonzalo joined Pérez-Llorca in 2018. Before joining Pérez-Llorca, Gonzalo worked as a lawyer in the Banking and Finance departments of an international firm and a Spanish firm.

Experience

Gonzalo specialises in banking and finance law. He has advised domestic and international clients, financial institutions and funds, mainly on debt financing and refinancing transactions, in the field of project finance (infrastructure and energy), acquisition financing (LBO), real estate finance, corporate finance and direct lending transactions. Gonzalo has also been involved in debt issuance operations both in Spain (MARF) and in international markets.
