Isabel Rodríguez Martín joined Pérez-Llorca in March 2018, having previously completed work experience in the Banking and Finance practice area as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession.

Before joining the firm, Isabel completed work experience in the Commercial Law departments at the London and Madrid offices of two Spanish firms.

Experience

Isabel specialises in banking and finance law. She advises financial institutions, debt funds, private equity entities and large business groups on all kinds of financial transactions, including acquisition finance, corporate finance, project finance, real estate finance, bond issuances with private placement, restructurings and distressed debt transactions.
