Jaime joined Pérez-Llorca in February 2022. Prior to this, he worked in the Employment Law practices of Spanish and international firms.

• 2016 Master’s degree in Employment Law, Centro de Estudios Financieros

He speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

Jaime is specialised in employment and social security law. He has experience in providing legal and employment law advice to domestic and international companies, both from an individual and collective perspective, and in matters such as dismissals, sanctions, harassment protocols, contracts for works or services, collective bargaining and company restructuring.

In addition, he represents the interests of clients in various stages of judicial labour proceedings and before bodies such as the Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration Service and the Labour and Social Security Inspection Authorities in relation to matters such as dismissals, claims for payment, sanctions, substantial modifications of working conditions, subrogations, claims for rights and infringement of fundamental rights.
