A technologist degree in Business Administration, Administrative Management, or related fields is required to perform the core responsibilities of an administrative assistant.
Agenda management, front-desk duties, meeting room organization, handling incoming and outgoing calls, file management, coordination of messenger services, drafting letters, among other administrative tasks.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support and reception roles is required. The position will be responsible for supporting reception, managing meeting rooms, and assisting the attorneys at the Medellín office. An intermediate level of English and experience in service-sector companies are essential.
