    Director of legal and compliance – Colombia

    We are looking for a lawyer with a strong track record in corporate legal advisory and compliance to lead the Legal and Compliance function in Colombia and serve as the local point of contact for the Global Legal & Compliance Department.

    Requirements

    • Law degree and a valid license to practice law in Colombia.
    • A postgraduate degree or master’s degree in Corporate Law, Compliance, or a related field is preferred.
    • At least 10 years of legal experience, including relevant experience in regulatory compliance.
    • Knowledge and experience in SARLAFT, PTEE, and AML/CFT matters.
    • In-house experience, as well as experience leading or coordinating legal teams, will be highly valued.
    • Experience in corporate, commercial and/or regulatory matters.
    • Advanced written and spoken English.

    Associate – Mergers and Acquisitions

    We are seeking a bilingual (English) Attorney with 5 to 7 years of professional experience, specifically in corporate litigation, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

    Requirements
    Law degree.Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).5 to 7 years of experience in corporate litigation, corporate law, and M&A transactions. Previous experience in a law firm is highly preferred. Proven experience advising domestic and international clients.

      • Designing and implementing corporate governance structures.
      • Advising on corporate dissolution and liquidation processes.
