Previous experience in a law firm is preferred. The position is based in Medellín or Bogotá.

Requirements

• Bilingual law professional (English).
• 3–4 years of experience advising local and international clients on: Corporate law, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions
• Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment is highly preferred.
