• Law degree.Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate litigation, corporate law, and M&A transactions.
• Previous experience in a law firm is highly preferred.
• Proven experience advising domestic and international clients.

• The successful candidate will have experience advising clients on matters including:

  • Drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements and asset purchase agreements.
  • Structuring and managing investment vehicles.
  • Drafting and negotiating shareholders’ agreements.
  • Designing and implementing corporate reorganization structures, including spin-offs, mergers, and corporate transformations.
  • Designing and implementing corporate governance structures.
  • Advising on corporate dissolution and liquidation processes.
