Throughout his career, he has represented clients from various sectors in Amparo proceedings and administrative litigation before the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, the Federal Judiciary, the Federal Court of Administrative Justice, and specialized courts in the areas of economic competition, broadcasting, and telecommunications.

Similarly, he has participated in arbitration proceedings, civil and commercial litigation, as well as in the negotiation of settlements to resolve contentious proceedings, which provides him with a comprehensive perspective on dispute resolution.
