Profile

Carlos Cadillo joined the firm in 2008 as an associate, was appointed senior associate in 2019 and has been a partner since 2021. His practice focuses on individual and collective employment law, collective bargaining, the prevention and management of labour disputes, health and safety at work, and social security and immigration law.

He speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

Carlos has extensive experience in providing employment law advice, covering individual and collective negotiations, labour inspections and administrative proceedings, labour litigation and labour arbitration. He has advised clients in the retail, energy, metal manufacturing and fishing sectors, amongst others.

Academic and Publishing Collaborations

He teaches Labor Law, Labor Dispute Prevention and Management, Labor Sanctioning Procedures, and Labor Procedure Law at Universidad ESAN, and Labor Legislation at Centrum. He also has teaching experience at other highly regarded academic institutions.
