Daniel Corzo focuses his practice on providing comprehensive advice on real estate, civil and registry matters, with experience in transactions and projects developed in both urban and rural settings. His work includes the structuring, drafting, review and negotiation of documents related to real estate, agricultural, agro-industrial, retail, mining and energy projects.
He has experience in asset acquisition and transfer processes, project financing and refinancing transactions, including the structuring of security interests and trusts for administration and collateral purposes. He also advises on land title regularization, property due diligence, comprehensive land management, notarial and registry procedures, and the drafting and negotiation of civil and commercial agreements.

He has participated in the structuring of security arrangements associated with real estate, civil, and commercial transactions, as well as in advising on the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of administration and security trusts. Likewise, he has been involved in the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of construction contracts for real estate and industrial projects.
In addition, he has advised on the legal regularization of urban and rural properties, including evaluation, due diligence, and regularization processes, as well as on comprehensive land management matters involving notarial and registry proceedings. He also has experience in the drafting, review, and negotiation of civil and commercial agreements related to the development, operation, and transfer of assets and projects.
