Experience

He has more than 20 years of professional experience advising local and multinational companies on labor risk prevention and management, occupational health and safety, union management strategies, collective bargaining, conciliation and arbitration proceedings, labor planning in internal processes and corporate reorganizations, pay equity and compensation management, sexual harassment matters, labor discipline, labor inspections, and immigration law.

Academic and Publishing Collaborations

He is a professor at ESAN Graduate School of Business. He has served as a trainer for labor inspectors at SUNAFIL and was a member of the Committee of Experts responsible for developing the question bank for the National Competition for Senior-Level Labor Inspectors. He is the author of several publications, including Manual de Fiscalización Laboral, Obligaciones Laborales del Empleador and La Extinción del Contrato de Trabajo. He actively participates in interviews and provides technical commentary for leading media outlets in Peru.
