Luis Francisco Paz joined the firm in 2015 as an associate and has been a partner since 2026. His practice focuses on civil law, wealth planning and real estate transactions.

Experience
Luis Francisco has extensive experience in specialist advisory work in civil property law, covering cases of breach of contract, enforcement of obligations and guarantees, non-contractual civil liability, and the design, drafting and negotiation of civil and commercial contracts. In the area of wealth planning, he advises families and business groups on the protection and management of their estates and inheritances, the structuring of succession trusts, the drafting of complex wills, the preparation of family agreements, and the resolution of succession disputes before the courts or in arbitration. In the real estate field, he advises developers and investment funds on transactions involving urban properties in the Peruvian market. During his career, he worked as a Global Visiting Lawyer at Covington & Burling LLP in Washington D.C. He is also a regular lecturer at leading law faculties across the country.
