Luis Francisco Paz joined the firm in 2015 as an associate and has been a partner since 2026. His practice focuses on civil law, wealth planning and real estate transactions.

Experience

His practice focuses on Civil Law, Estate Planning, and Real Estate Transactions. He advises clients on breach of contract disputes, enforcement of obligations and guarantees, tort liability matters, and the structuring and negotiation of civil and commercial agreements.

A key area of his practice is Estate Planning, where he advises families on the protection, preservation, and transfer of wealth. His experience includes the structuring of succession trusts and family protocols, the preparation of complex wills, and the representation of clients in inheritance disputes.

He also advises developers, sponsors, and investment funds on the structuring of real estate transactions and investments in the Peruvian market.
