Requirements

• Law Degree.
• Eight to 11 years of experience in M&A, banking and finance law, acquired in a law firm.
• Knowledge of the areas of corporate, finance and transactional law.
• A high level of English.

Role

• Providing legal advice on financial regulation.
• Analysing and interpreting legal and regulatory provisions applicable to financial institutions and transactions.
• Advising on matters relating to banking, financial services and regulated transactions.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating documents and contracts relating to financial transactions.
• Identifying and analysing regulatory implications in clients’ projects and transactions.
• Monitoring regulatory changes and their impact on clients’ transactions.
• Coordinating and participating in projects with multidisciplinary teams and national and international clients.
