Rafael has more than 7 years of experience in criminal litigation before ordinary and specialized judges, in criminal cassation and in protection against judicial orders.

He is part of the Corporate Criminal Law practice group with emphasis on corporate criminal litigation, money aundering, cybercrime and criminal consulting.

• Certified in expert in testimonial evidence from probative reasoning and testimony psychology, University of Girona (Spain)
