Since beginning her legal career in 2014, Daniela has focused primarily on the incorporation, modification, transformation, and liquidation of domestic companies. She advises national and international clients on commercial matters, including the drafting of share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and legal opinions on commercial law issues.

Experience 

Daniela has solid experience in corporate legal advisory, gained through her work at law firms as well as through direct support to companies in sectors such as telecommunications, manufacturing, and healthcare. Throughout her career, she has participated in significant transactions, including the acquisition of shares in Red Humana S.A.S. by Coosalud Inversa S.A. and the purchase of Avantel by Partners Telecom Latam GmbH. She has also provided comprehensive legal counsel to companies such as Icollantas and Partners Telecom Colombia S.A.S. – WOM, particularly in corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters. Her practice is characterized by a strategic approach aimed at facilitating corporate decision-making and ensuring the efficient execution of transactions.
