Daniela is a lawyer from the Universidad Santo Tomás and a specialist in Labor Law from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. She has more than 5 years of experience in which she has worked advising companies from different industries in the hiring of their Colombian and foreign workers, in the scenarios of termination of the employment relationship providing the best preventive scenarios aimed at minimizing or eliminating the potential risks of the companies, implementation of labor obligations from the individual point of view, Social security and migration.

Daniela is an expert in judicial representation in labor litigation before the ordinary jurisdiction and administrative entities, as well as in the management of unions and advice on safety and health matters at work.
