Nicolás has 4 years of experience advising companies in the electricity, gas, mining, and hydrocarbon sectors. His practice focuses mainly on regulatory and legal matters in the electricity sector, particularly in the negotiation of typical industry contracts (PPAs, connection contracts, EPC, O&M, gas supply contracts, gas transportation contracts, among others), resolving regulatory queries, assisting companies in their participation in competitive processes for the awarding of long-term PPAs, and in the structuring and negotiation of mergers and acquisitions operations related of companies in the energy sector.

Additionally, he has assisted hydrocarbon companies in participating in licensing rounds and due diligence processes. Lastly, his experience in the mining sector has focused on due diligence processes and consultations regarding the day-to-day operations of mining companies.
